Digital Products License

This license applies to DXF, SVG, CNC, laser-cut, printable and other downloadable files sold by BEINPRINT unless the individual listing states different license terms.

1. License, not transfer of ownership

Purchase of a digital file grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license. Copyright and other intellectual-property rights remain with the applicable rights holder.

2. Default license

If a listing does not expressly include a commercial or extended license, the default license is personal use only. A product page that expressly grants a commercial license controls over this default.

3. Restrictions

Unless the product listing expressly permits it, you may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, share, upload, give away or make the original digital file available to others; sell substantially unchanged copies of the digital file; claim authorship of content you did not create; or use the file in unlawful or infringing ways.

4. Physical end products

If a commercial license is included, the product listing will describe whether and how you may use the file to create physical end products for sale. The scope on the product page is part of your license.

5. Compatibility

Before purchasing, confirm that the listed file format is compatible with your software, machine and workflow. Machine parameters, materials and manufacturing results remain your responsibility.

6. Refunds

Because digital products are delivered electronically, refunds are generally not available after download or access begins, except for defective, inaccessible or materially misdescribed files, or where required by law. See the Returns & Refunds Policy.

7. Termination

The license may terminate if you materially breach its terms. Rights and remedies available under law remain unaffected.
